New Wildix switchboard installation in Cloud for Ecoopera
Ecoopera was founded in January 2013 from the merger of three historic Trentino cooperatives that deal with services for the environment: Lavoro e Servizi Valsugana, Cet soc.coop. and La Cicogna Servizi soc. coop.
The idea of the merger was born from the opportunity to share know-how and experience to make critical mass, compete more and expand its presence throughout the country in order to offer a strong competitive offer and high quality.
Wildix switchboard in Cloud solution
We have installed and configured for our customer Ecoopera Wildix Voip switchboard with the formula of Cloud, 83 extensions spread over 3 locations, all centralized in a single switchboard.
Today’s communications run on numerous channels: smartphones, PCs, desk phones, software, chat messages, sms texting, sharing documents and video calling.
Too many channels complicate business communication, which should be simple because it is the basis of every activity.
Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) is the architecture that allows you to call, email, chat, share your screen, send documents, make video calls and more…all from a single interface.
