Integrations for SIGN on SUGARCRM platform

 

We have been working with Sigla Credit since 2017

For the customer Sigla Srl we have developed several integrations that involved the team of Starsystem, Wildix and OpenSymbol, the CRM company that develops on the platform SUGARCRM the management of Sigla.

These are the integrations:

1. PBX switchboard look up directly on SUGAR master data for the visualization on Wildix phone displays of the customer name if present.
2. Predictive Dialer: a Wildix system for automated calls generated by a list of imported customers that, when answered, will be redistributed directly to the customer’s Call Center.
3. Integration between Predictive Dialer, Wildix PBX and SUGAR for the exchange of information (customer data, open tickets, to open, lead, etc.) to automate:

• opening of popups of master data, ticket or lead SUGAR customer in accordance with the phone number called;
• log of the status of calls (answered, busy, non-existent, etc.) made through Predictive Dialer directly on SUGARCRM lists for optimized management of calls;

4.An integration for mouse click calls called ClickToCall, Integrated directly into the pages of SUGAR and able to recognize all phone numbers automatically and call the selected number, all via the web with a simple mouse click.
