CEA Group was founded in 1976 by a group of retailers in Trentino. In 2009 they became members of the Expert platform (DG Group) of Triveneto, the most important in Italy.

The CEA Group is a consortium that supplies stores that resell household appliances.
The strength of these realities is the service: working with the neighborhoods, they often require home interventions in the homes of customers to install or repair appliances. This situation can turn into an excellent sales opportunity!

Thanks to the software developed, the store staff can propose new items and make the sale directly from the customer’s home. The software is fully responsive according to the new paradigm “mobile first“, with accessibility and specific features optimized for tablet devices.
The project has been realized with a simple and intuitive interface, where you can access all the information you need to carry out your work effectively:

Enter customer orders directly from tablet; the booking is immediately sent to the CEA B2B management system and the item is delivered to the retailer’s point of sale.
Consult the entire catalog and see the real time availability of the articles in the CEA warehouse.
In the article sheet is indicated the final price for the customer and it is possible to consult the complete technical data sheet.
The unique code present for each item communicates to the technician in charge of the sale if the product is in promo and the refill margin
