Advanced call management interface for the South Tyrolean White Cross switchboard.
We have been working with Croce Bianca dell’Alto Adige since 2017
For the South Tyrolean White Cross (provincial relief association Croce Bianca onlus) we have developed an advanced interface for the management of calls from the switchboard.
The interface supports the Wildix Collaboration, to take advantage of all the features that it provides, with advanced management of the response group.
This advanced management makes available to the operator all the calls that arrive at the switchboard, organized according to a specific logic dictated directly by Croce Bianca and that Starsystem has been responsible for managing and displaying on the screen.
These are the integrations developed:
- display and management** of all incoming calls to the switchboard
- custom button panel for fast call handling
- direct call button for 118
- calls at 118 highlighted in red
- differentiated calls by Address Book (a specific address book is displayed with a specific coloring)
- possibility to put calls back in the queue
- possibility to put calls in a parking queue for later call handling
- separate display for “in parking” calls
- display of calls with the possibility to clickToCall
**Each call can be handled 360° directly from the interface, so it can be:
- response/hooked
- put on hold
- forwarded (with direct or assisted forwarding) to another colleague
- released to conference call (call with 3 or more participants)
- released in the queue
- Move to a “parking” queue
